I think lowering the rear could do a great deal because you not only change the max. (static) weight distribution but you also change your
cross-weight percentage wich will have a much greater effect.
But then , I really don't know IF setting cross-weight on a F3 car makes a great deal because they're pretty nicely balanced anyway opposed to the cars I use to work on.

OLFSL event.. think it was like 40/45 laps.. anyway, last lap going down to that final chicane..I brake , my left front tyre blew and car slided in gravel. Leader of the race finishes and because I couldn't move I got put into spectator mode for "being idle too long" DNF. ouch.

You're just not right. AE111 is really 1997 upwards.
If it's a 1991, then most likely it's a AE92.
Your chassiscode will probably start with JT1G0AE92.
If not, then it's really not build between 1988 and 1992.

When I first started playing S1, they were even harder to control just like the XRT. The LX4 was, with practice though, manageable. The LX6 was just a bit too much for me Now with S2 though it's much easier but still quite a handfull. I guess most people have like a love/hate relationship with them.

Try this one. I used it last weekend for a 50laps race on Blackwood. Feels nicely balanced.
A '91 would either be a AE92 or the AE101.
AE111 is 1997 upwards
The c52 is a shitty gearbox.
